We are working mainly on XI 4.1. Now there are some reports which were developed in XI 3.1 and they have to be tested and migrated to xI 4.1.Xi 3.1 is installed on a different machine.
The SIA for XI 3.1 was deleted and recreated,after which the Universe designer and Webi rich client are up and working fine. However, the CMC and the infoview are taking forever to open ,just displaying a blank page.
In the command prompt when we run tomcat5.exe it gives an error:-[1246 prunsrv.c] [error].
We uninstalled and reinstalled Tomcat, but this has not helped us in fixing the problem. Any suggestions ?
