Dear all please help me out… I have installed bi 4.2 sp06 server successfully while installing client tools on desktop I’m getting windows version 7sp1 not supported required higher version please suggest any one… 1)which version of desktop OS are you using???2 What is the server version OS ?? 3 How your accessing client tools in your local pc???4) can we access IDT through launch pad or not if yes how…??? Please give me quick reply…

Hi Ravi,
Please check the relevant PAM document (Product Availability Matrix) for your BOBJ version to see which OS for a client and also for a server are supported.

Today I learned new thing. I have copied s/w dump from D: drive to C: drive then started installation… it was successfully done the installation I am still surprising in dailema still . But finally my work has finished installing b.i 4.2 sp6 client tools.
