I have faced one issue, i have created 3 reports, sent it to the user inbox
but user is telling i dint receive the report. how can we check the report was sent to the user inbox or not.
( I have sent the same reports second time)
any option to check whether these report sent or not like (sent items).
Try logging in to the CMC, go to inboxes, select the username and verify whether or not you can see the documents. Make sure to do this as the Administrator.
