Changing Infoview Top banner Logo in BO Xi 3x

Hi

we are using BO Xi 3.1 version, when we changing the Business Object defult logo into our company logo thru CMS–>Application–>Infoview. Our logo not correctly fitiing into the top banner. after our logo there is some “Black Space” with User Name(Welcome: .

Please help to fix the logo into BO infoview?

It is a common problem. Open image editor like Paint and reduce the size of the image.
