Change schedule file Format in WEBI

Hi

I have more than 100 webi reports in different folder. users ask us to change Excel format or PDF while scheduling the webi reports. The format may be changing frequently based on the users request.

Is there any way to change in single point that will change all webi schedule format?

Please hep on this.

I am afraid you will have to touch each scheduled instance to change the output format.

That is the only way. You can not convert all reports into other format without opening each and every report and change the format of output file.

If they ALL (or large Numbers) get changed from Excel to PDF at the same time, you could create 2 schedules for each report - 1 PDF, 1 Excel and use file triggers to control which reports run. This is kind of messy but it would work.

Otherwise, you would need to create a script using API’s to recreate the schedule changing the format as needed.
