Change Password error

I created a new group, users and check the option ‘User must change password at next logon’. During the next login into infoview, the system prompts the user to change the password, but when the user type the old and new passwords, the system didn’t allow to change the password with the following error:

“A Change Password error occurred: An error occurred at the server : You do not have permission to perform the requested action. Please contact your system administrator for details”

Is there any settings needs to be changed?

What is the right a user has on himslef?

Are you running Xir2 or Xi3?

I’m using XI R2.

Earlier the user doesn’t have any rights on himself. After providing the necessary rights he is able to change the password.
