ccm.sh could not be started

Hi,

We have our server in Red Hat Linux 4. We have a clone server with same hostname as the main server (and same OS).
Issue we are facing is that we are not able to start ccm.sh services of BO XI r2 in clone server environment.
Error we are facing is “Unable to logon, could not connect to the server. Please check the server name is correct and that the server is running”.

   Please let us know the cause and the solution.
