Hi Folks…
I have an issue, In BI inbox end user can’t share the objects.
SAP BOBI 4.0 patch 4 updated.
I did some steps to rectify the problem, but no success:
STEPS I took:
After verfiy the IE8 version and settings as well as check the JAVA settings too.
*Share the user screen and check the problem, User can’t send the objects within the enterprise.
*Using the user Alias(enterprise) logon on my local machine using BI launch pad, there is no problem to send and search the other user’s to share the objects.
*Same user Alias is able to search and send the objets with in BI inbox.
*There is most probably no issue of authutication/security etc.
Can any one have some great idea to resolve the issue.
