Can't seem to run a publication with an effective date

I am trying to run a publication, but want the data in the report to be at a particular future date. I changed all the filters in my report from ‘current’ to ‘@report date’, but when I build the publication there is no prompt for a reporting date, so it just fails. It seems that I can only run a publication with data at the date it is run. Lots of people grumbling at me for not being able to effective date! (Not wanting to schedule the publication to go out at future date - want the actual content of report to be future dated). I might have missed something really obvious but I have searched internet, and this forum - maybe I’m asking the wrong questions?

If you add a source document with a prompt in it, you should see the prompts in the Additional Options > Prompts section of the publication setup.

Is this what you mean?

That IS what I meant :slight_smile: I had tried it previously but it had said there were no prompts (!), now I’ve tried it again and it works fine. Thank you.
