Can't see personal or public folders create new query

Hi folks -

We’ve been experimenting with LiveOffice and noticed today that we’re unable to see our personal or public folders or create new queries. The same users didn’t have issues some weeks ago, and nothing has changed in the CMC regarding security and we haven’t done any BusObj patches. I found a KB entry about this for BI4.x (SAP note 2000451), but we’re still at 3.1, and also haven’t customized tomcat or changed it at all lately (which the KB alludes to as the issue).

Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas?
