Hello, I can no longer see a number of options (including ‘HyperLink’) in InfoView when I click on the ‘New’ button. I was able to see all options yesterday, and some test Hyperlinks that I built yesterday are still present in InfoView, but no longer behave as links, they are merely text on InfoView now. What happened and how can I get back the whole list under ‘New’ in InfoView?

Hi folks,
It appears that our client has gone into ‘config.xml’:
X:\Program Files\Business Objects\Tomcat\webapps\businessobjects\enterprise115\desktoplaunch\WEB-INF\META-INF\CrystalEnterprise\ePortfolio\config.xml
They commented out the items they no longer wanted to see under the ‘New’ menu on the InfoView Home Page. This is the path for BOXI R2 Java install. Refer to this post for more details and where this is altered for .NET installs: XIr2 - Hiding "New" options in InfoView
