Cant Save Corporate Docs. Int Error WIAPIBroker WIS 30551

Hi all,

We are having trouble editing and then overwriting corporate documents.

The error message is:An Internal Error has been generated by the WIAPIBroker. Contact your BusinessObjects administrator. (Error: WIS 30551)

Overwriting fails, however changing the save title works, saving the document. Any amendments to this newly saved document then will not overwrite.

We have tried restaring the sever with no joy. What could be cauing this error. nothing has changed to our knowledge.

It would seem that it is because the ‘log files’ directory was full. Clearing this has solved the problem.

Hopefully this post will help someone with a similar error.
