Can't run Schedule For in one environment but can in another

In Production CMC, logged in as Administrator, I have scheduled a document to email destinations. The Administrators group has Full Control rights to this document. Also, the user to whom I am running a “Schedule For” is a member of a group which has “Full Control” rights to the document.

However, the Scheduled document fails as follows:

"Status: Failed
Destination: Mail the instance to “Email.Address@coy.com” with a subject of “Report Name”.

Start Time: 30 April 2009 17:22:14 o’clock BST

End Time: 30 April 2009 17:22:23 o’clock BST

Server Used: server_name.jobserverlarge

Error Message: 30260: Your security profile does not include permission to view the document or the document does not exist"

The same document runs and bursts perfectly okay in my Test environment.

I’ve tried scheduling as various admin users but get same error

Is this a known isssue? The 30260 error seems very vague, and I cannot see anything wrong with the security profiles of any of the users I’ve used to schedule the document.

Hi there.
False alarm. After hours of sifting through priviledges on granted user groups, we by mistake spotted that the recipient user needed to have been added to two specific user groups (out of a total of 53 existing groups)!!

Reports bursting correctly now.
