Can't refresh a crystal report using CMC or Infoview.

I’ve created some reports with a Crystal Reports Client using Business Views.
Using the cliente the database connection is fine and I can refresh the reports.

When i publish the reports in BOs virtual folders, I can open them using CMC or Infoview, but I cant refresh them:
“The viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection.” Error code:0 CRWEB00000119

I’ve been searching for this error for about 2 days and I couldnt fix it yet.
All my ODBC connections are working fine, I can use them on Crystal Reports, Bussines View Manager, but I cant refresh my reports on the CMC/Infoview.

I would be glad for any help, thanks!

(Using Windows Server 2008 and BO4)

Hello,

Have you checked if you have entered the database credentials in properties of report from CMC ?

Right click the report in CMC and select database configuration. Check if the credentials and connection details are appearing correct.

I think thats the big problem. When I right click any report in CMC, there is no database tab.

I’ve tried doing that on an old BO server I have and I could find it!
The new BO i’m running just “jumps” the Database Configuration tab, i just cant find it… (like if the software is joking with me) =/

Have you created the DSN’s on the BOXI server, itself, with the same credentials as on your workstation?

Yes, its created exactly the same in all machines, both odbc 32 and 64.

I believe you should be defining them as 32 bit ODBC only, not 64.
