I’m having a problem with WebI and just logging into the Administrator tool. I get the error message “Cluster Manager does not have priviledges”. The id I’m using does have Administrator priviledges along with the user rights like Act as part of the operating system, log on as a service, etc… The WebI services start successfully using the same id and I’ve run servconf to use the same id. I called this into tech support, but I needed a solution yesterday…please help!
run the ‘servconf.exe’ utility and click on the radio button ‘The Launching User’ . Restart the system and you should be able to login as Administartor. Then run the same utility again and change things back to your original ones.

You have to log on as the NO KIDDING Adminstrator to the server. Go to the server that WEBI is loaded on(or the server configured as the Cluster Manager) and check the User Manager(Under Adminstrator Tools Common) to see that the the user you are trying to log into WEBI Administrator with is in fact part of the “Adminstrator Group.” Servconf just tells you which user set up the server.
