Cant log on to bobj server, CMS is not running.

Hi

Bobj XI edge series 3.1 is installed on win 2003 and I am not able to log on. I went to CCM and managed to restart SIA and then went to its properties changed the username and the password but after that I cant log on to the CMC niether do I on infoview and webirich cleint. I was wondering, if it is because of I changed the username and the password in SIA properties.
Is there any way out of this to resolve this or do I have to uninstall the bobj server and install it again.
And if I unistall it and re-install it again what information or data do I loose.
I checked task Mgr and there is no cms running, also as i meantioned i already reset the password and this is the reason i am not able to login, I am sure that I am using the correct username and the password which I reset.

Pls advise I would appreciate your help.

Hi,

Can you check event viewer for the error message.
You will get the reason why cms is not starting… might be due to uname and pwd.

You can check if the usename has full control on database or is a menber of admin.
