Can't do Send To - Users

Hello everyone, we have deployed BO 5.1.6 to the majority of our clients, but they cannot send files to each other through the module, but publishing to corporate docuements and Send To - Mail works. We query the OBJ_M_DOCUMENTS table after doing a send and a new row is not added and we do have full permissions on the table. Also, the puzzling thing is that the users still running 5.0 are able to still use the Send To - Users feature. Our repository is on Sybase 11.9 and was created in BO 5.0. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would check the Supervisor settings. There is a specific setting that controls whether or not a user can send to other users.

I forgot to mention that in the original post, everyone’s send and receive settings are enabled. Thanks for the insight.

My only other suggestion is to review Supervisor carefully, to be sure there aren’t conflicting settings. If the user is in multiple groups, the “most restrictive” wins. If it’s on in one group, but off in another, it’s off for that user.
