cannot view public folders from infoview

Hi All,

i am not able to view public folder from infoview.
i am using version xi3.1

i belong to a group named webitraining.

i want to view a particular folder from the folder hierarchy, so i have added my group to that particular folder and given grant full access.

but when i login from infoview i am not able to view that particular public folder.

can anyone tell me what might be the problem.

i tried to play withthe security settings from cmc but cant find my solution yet.

Did you give your users the ability to see the root folder?

Does that new folder is a sub folder of the root folder?

hi sabestein,

i ahvent given users teh ability to view root folders

all the users can only see their inbox and favourite folders from infoview.

yes the new folder is a subfolder of root folder.

can u ples let me know is there any settings i have to do???
