Cannot see Job Server in central management console

HI,

I am trying to execute a job from management console and i cant see my default job server in there.
In designer its working fine

Hi

Are you looking into the same local Repository with which you access the Designer?In case if that is a different Local Repo, then Register it in the Management Consolse and execute the job

Ganesh is right, both applications, Designer and Management Console, query the AL_MACHINE_INFO table to present you with the list of jobservers registered for that repo.

Is it possible you never registered one and Designer is using a default one? If so, run the Server Manager application where the job server is installed, edit the jobservers, edit the one jobserver and associate it with your repo. Or click on “resync” at least to doublecheck.
