One of our Supervisor users has left the company but i cannot disable a supervisor account, i am logged in as a supervisor myself.

Hi,
I don’t remember completely (it’s been more than 7-8 years when I used this BO version) but shouldn’t you be using General Supervisor account to be able to disable other Supervisors? If you are “only” a supervisor and not a general supervisor, maybe that’s the problem.
