I have installed BO 4.1.3 and WebI. BO 413 is working fine, but when I login into the WebI, it says ‘Cannot Reach Repository Database’. I have connected with Informix Dbase Server. After Installing WebI, it was giving a error message called ‘TCP/IP address is incorrect’. This may be a problem. Please give me any suggestions and advice.
Please check if you have setup everything following the instructions in the readme. You have to set some specific parameters to use WebIntelligence with Informix databases.

Ravi,
Did you remember to copy your BOMAIN.key file over to the wiqt\locdata subdirectory of WebIntelligence? If so, you may want to try deleting and replacing it, in case it got corrupted. Without that file, you will not be able to connect to the repository database.
Also, the error message on “TCP/IP address is not correct” is not an unusual error message-- you will get this error message if your server is dynamically assigning IP addresses.
Hope this helps.
