Cannot Open Performance Management - Error - AA2209

After installing BO XI and then Performance Management, without error, when I attempt to access PM through Infoview I get the following error… Intialization parameters in initialization configuration properties file are invalid or mismatched, please contact your system administrator. AA2209 An error occurred at the server : Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. Any ideas? Also is there a AF error message guide? Program Files\Business Objects\Performance Management 11.5\InitConfig.properties

remove the PMuser and add your admin username.

Almost forgot. May need to check the PM tab in infoview to reset the initialization of the services.
