Cannot forward after response has been committed

After deploying our dashboard to production we receive the following error when trying to open a dashboard:

Cannot forward after response has been committed

What we have done so far:

  • set all performance management services to FIXED ports and add those ports to the firewall (this is also done for other busobj services)
  • re-set the Initialization User for dashboard and analytics to ‘administrator’ at CmC - Preferences. And after that restarted alle performance management services

But still this error appears.

The only thing what we NOT did is re-started the apche-tomcat/webserver(hence it’s production, we need to shedule this)

But I don’t think this is the resolution, anyone else some ideas?
using BO xi 3.1 SP2
on our ACC, TEST, DEV environment everything is fine. and off course when we compair environments everything looks the same.

Also restarted the BusObj and webserver (overnight) but still no luck
