cannot add webi and deski documents

Hello,
I made a user “john” and assigned him all security rights that are necessary to make documents (at least I think I did).

I also gave him “Add objects…” rights.

I gave him a full controll access to universe X and when he logged in, there was no “New web intelligence document” option in the “New” menu.

There are only “Hyperlink”, “InfoView page layout”, “Publication”, “Analytic” and “Folder”.

So what must I do for enabling him to crete WebI documents based on universe X???

You need to grant permission to use webi via the the CMC in the “Business Objects Enterprise Applications” option.
