Can you import connections between two different CMS?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but is there an easy way to move connections between different deployments? I am on XIR3.1 and want to move all my connections (not universes) from my Dev installation to my Pre-Production installation.

I cannot find a way to do this in the import wizard. Any suggestions?

I don’t think you can migrate just the connections themselves. I think you have to migrate them along with the universes.
