We want to Export Link to the Infovew, Because we want User to log on Infoview and than click on the Link to open Our Company’s Website?
It is Possible to Export Link?

Hi Pooja,
You can create a new link by going to New -> Hyperlink in Infoview. There you define title, description, URL, keywords and the location of the link.
I am not sure if a link can be exported :?

Hi Pooja,
On the main Infoview window in the upper left corner there is the button “New” for creating a new item. When you click on it you get some options. One of them is for instance “Web Intelligence Document”. And right below it is “Hyperlink” option/item. If you can’t see then you need to ask your BO admin to allow this option for you.

I have a question here regarding Exporting the Hyperlink.
1.Is it that we need to MOVE the hyperlink to Corporate folder where everyone has access to?
OR
2.We need to send the hyperlink to that user through SEND option?

Once a hyperlink has been created it’s an object in BOE that you can send (to BO inbox, to email, …) or you can organize it (move/copy to a folder, …).
So it depends on your requirements what you need to do.
