Can we create series markers on a stacked bar chart

I have a requirement to display the series markers next to stacked bars.Is there anyway to achieve this?

You can use a line-chart next to the stacked column chart to give the effect of data labels.

Similar to the the example of tha apple I did ( in the top left of this picture )
