Totals in Business Objects are based on context (structure) of the block. It’s not like a spreadsheet program where you can reference a value by the coordinates of the cell. That being said, it might work, but you’ll need to provide more detail about the structure of the two blocks, why they’re separate.

HI Dave,
i actually have 2 tables with diffrnt filters on them table1 consists of group of items and table2 consists of only 1 item . Table2 item is also part of table 1 group but i would like to show it seperately so i placed it in a separate table with filters on items wheere as Table 1 has filter on item family.
Thankq.

have you ever figure this out?
I am trying to do the same thing as I am using two different queries and two tables with their sums, and now I need to calculate PPM’s out of the 2 table totals. When I try to do this filters are gone and numbers are wrong. I guess my question is: is it possible to have multiple filters in one variable, and if it is how. I am trying to limit dates as well as numbers.
Thank you
Dare
