I have a user with the same BO permissions as I and he is unable to insert a new Live Office Web Intelligence document within Excel. He can refresh existing documents within Excel just fine but gets the error below when trying to initially insert a WebI document within Excel.
An error occurred when refreshing. [Report Name]
unknowned error
Does anyone have any ideas on where to start with this? We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Live Office with no luck. I’ve checked that his application options are identical to mine.
