Can not see Reports in WEBI but are in repository

I made changes to a report and published to the repository but i am not able to see the reports in WEBI.

Please help :frowning:

Have you refreshed your list of reports? If this is truly in the legacy version of WebI 1.x/2.x (corresponding to legacy BusinessObjects versions 4.x/5.x) – and you have a non-customized look to your portal, on the topmost menu, towards the right – click “Refresh List” to do a one-time current refresh of the list of Corporate Documents.

If you want to change your options for how often that list gets refreshed – pick from the left-hand menu: Options

On the menu bar that then comes up under “Personal Options” – pick “Document Lists”. To the far right of “Corporate Document List” is a drop-down for “Refresh the List”

You can change it from “Manually only” to “Once per User Session” or even “Every visit to the list” – and then click “Apply All Changes” to get your choice saved.

If that isn’t the problem – does that userid have rights to see the document? Or are you just viewing a specific category, rather than “All categories”?
