Can i use an SDK to stream a flash/xcelcius file?

My scenario is that i need to

  1. connect to businessobject

  2. open a report

  3. stream the xcelcius component back to my browser

I know 1 and 2 are possible using business object SDK, i the 3rd option also possible?
