Xcelsius 4.5 is not offered free. Although its an older version. However you can download a trial version here:

I am learning Xcelsius2008 my self. Just finished the all components in xcelsius, also i want to concentrate on other connectivities like Usng Universe and Xml file…

Can you guide me how to follow… Any other application softwares are required for that.
