I am running 6.5.1 on an AIX system, but I frequently get errors when trying to open .rep’s via Infoview: “BusObj error BOL #136 Unable to open this document, file is corrupted” or “Unable to open this document, file is corrupted Unable to open this document, file is corrupted” or “A system error occurred. (Error: INF 00130) (10435).” I don’t always get these errors. Time to time it is comming. Will you please let me know the reason & resolution for this error? so I can ensure that in my environment.
Background:
Database is oracle 9i. 2) Web/application server is TOMCAT/APACHE. 3) All the reports were developed in thick client 6.5.1 version. 4) The specific action when i get the error is, a) while try to open the report b) while press the refresh document icon in infoview. 5) If we restart the WEBI server, it is working fine. 6) Users are using IE browser.
Thanks for the response. It looks the mentioned resolution will go for WINDOWS based approach only. My case based on UNIX server. Will it suits for me also?
