I am running the Quarterly adjustment reports like RSADRQU1 , /FLDQ/RSADRQU2 , RSADRQU3. I am able to correct some of the addresses which failed due to RFC server connection, downtime, etc. I got an error report also. I want to know how I can cleanse these records which is not happening using the above said reports.
And one more question is like what are the mandatory fields which BO DQM will consider for Cleansing the Address and can we change these mandatory fields to optional. How can we change these fields
You can have solution to this problem.You have written that you are using BO DQM for CRM, In BO DQM it provides Data Cleansing Transform which can solve your problem provided condition is that you must be having atleast one person as BO Developer/ETL Engineer who can do this job.

Your question about how to correct the records that failed that batch Address Cleanse (Postal Validation) will depend upon the issue identied in each record when DQM attempted to cleanse the record.
The Error Report that you mention includes an error message which indicates the problem(s) encountered while trying to correct the record’s address information during the batch Address Cleanse process (which occurs during the RSADRQU2 run).
Best approaches to resolve those records address cleanse issues can vary quite a bit, as it will depend upon on the types of errors encountered.
If you are not familiar with the setup and tuning of the Address Cleansing processes provided within the DQMforSAP dataflows that are executed within Data Servicse, my recommendation is to log a Support Message with Customer Support for the BOJ-EIM-DQM component and get one-one support for best options on how to proceed.
