Is there anyway I can create a report or universe that will allow to run a report in which reports have been developed , their creation date etc…

I have access to designer but do not know which tables to import or there is any other way to obtain the information.

What version are you on? In 4.2 SP3 or SP4 onwards a universe is supplied to allow you to do this.
