Business Objects Designer - Application Error

Hello,

When working with Business Objects Designer, once in a while, i get the error:

designer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at “0x005c5f36” referenced memory at “0x31e8d061”. The memory could not be “read”.
Click Ok to terminate the program.

I checked the computer Event Viewer and noticed Event ID: 34700, Source: BusinessObjects_designer
and Source: BusinessObjects_busobj indicating some kind of: Transport error: Communication failure.
I am running WIndows XP Professional with SP2.

Any suggestions to resolving this problem ?
