I have developed a dashboard in my laptop. I changed the document properties to make sure it fits the screen well and do not have any scroll bar. Now the dashboard will be seen in a bigger screen.
Where do I find the functionality to adjust automatically ? Dashboard is complete and we should not do any major change.

As a general rule. The swf file will adjust automatically to the size of the browser window (sometimes with undesirable results). There is nothing built into Dashboard Design to adjust to a different screen resolution automatically.

Well, I could not make it adjustable to the bigger screen. It works good in my laptop. Please look at the dashboard attached.

Your file is an XLF. How are you deploying this? As above, if you generate a SWF, it should rescale automatically - although it’s a bit unpredictable (especially with fonts). If you deploy as HTML, it doesn’t rescale. No idea about what happens if you deploy within BOE.
I always sort my screen resolution first - then build my dashboard to fit.

I took your file and created a swf opened it in a browser (Firefox) and it appears to resize just fine.
