Sorry if this is a really stupid question but can anyone explain to me what details you are supposed to put in the sap logon box attached.

esinclair: As I understand, you install explorer on top of (or in the same environment where) another BO installation is running.
By the print screen you attached, it seems the box where you are trying to install Explorer can’t see the pre-installed Business Objects enterprise system -BOX-
Explorer needs this for CMS (security and folder structure) .
