Iam not a xcelsius or BO guru thats why iam here…
I have a problem.
I have build and excelsius dashboard based on a live office excel doc where i have made a connection to a webi report wich runs on a universe.
This report retrieves all exitpoints chosen in ivr on systime.
I also added data to the live office excel sheet wich contains all exits chosen in the last 4 weeks, it contains also day of week, time in hh:mm, This is fixed data and does not need to be updated.
So this list contains 20 exits x 5 days x every minute of the day between 08.00 and 20.00
This data contains 82000 rows.
What i do in this excel is a lookup on this data,to retrieve the average amount of call of 4 weeks on the current hh:mm and show this data next to the actual amount of calls that has chosen a certain exit.
Updating this excel file goes realy fast. like 2 seconds.
BUT
This is to much for excelsius and it does not work, load or what ever.
If i i dont use the lookup its working fine.
Is there a trick to fix this problem, can i use this fixed data and store it somewhere else so it does not get so heavy on xcelsius.?
