Hi All,
My business objects server shows build number 1263 and Product version 11.5.10.1263 on BOXI R2 what all the service packs and MHF i had on my server.
i have gone through this link
it says that if i had BO XIR2 SP4 = 11.5.10.1263
whether my understanding is right.but when i see the add/remove programs it doesnot show any service packs and MHF.
As per my understanding whether i am using BOXI R2 SP4? pls clarify

yes you are using sp4 of BOXIR2

Go to CMC and you can view list of servers running and version is also there

Why my add/remove programs not shows any service packs if i am using SP4? because when we add the service packs we can check at add/remove programs what the service pack it has been installed?

Hi,
The Add/Remove programs will also have the file version number corresponding to the service pack. The ‘Click here for support information’ link in Business Objects Enterprise XI R2 in add/remove programs will hold the file version number corresponding to the service pack.

If you installed via Full install files then you will not see them in add remove programs
it will be shown only when installed separatly
