I figured out how to give myself an extra point on a post.

Crafting a custom link for the topicpoints.php
But you can only give yourself one point so it’s prolly not a serious bug.

And you have to have a reply to the original post to make it happen too.

Double bug report! It looks like the call to topicpoints.php counts as a page view too.
