I am getting below error while performing upsert on hana table

Already check upsert statement value for column MUST_USE_APPROVED_VENDOR_FLAG is getting passed N from one of intermediate inetrnally created DT table
Below is job flow
source table->query transform-> query trasform-> target table(upsert)
Please help me understand this error
