I need to schedule a crystal report to print to a locally mapped printer in BOXI R3.
Report just stays in running status and never completes.

When you say “locally mapped” is that local to the individual submitting the job or local to the server doing the actual work?

we are using windows 2008 as BOXI server and printer is mapped local to the server.
