boxi3.1 and sp2

After installing boxi3.1 (client), I’m getting this error when i try to install SP2.:

“…the program to be update may be missing ot the upgrade patch may upgrade a diffrent version of the program…”

Why ?

Sounds like you may have installed out of sequence. Add/Remove programs to uninstall, then reinstall in the right order.
