I would like to look at the code that extracts all the data from the repository. I checked the Alt-F11 screen but I cannot find the code that extracts all the info.
My point is that I would like to see which documents have a free hand SQL query and add this as a sort of universe to the list of universes.

I finally got the BOXI Repository Documentor R3 spreadsheet to work by installing 3.1 Client Tools on my desktop.

Does anyone know the code to add in the paramaters? This is the only thing field that I am missing in order to document all of our reports\instances before upgrading to 4.0.

I was able to copy the code from the 4.0 repository and add in the Description and Destination fields to the 3.1 version.

This tool seems to be great but we have 200000 documents and we canā€™t extract all the document once time.
Could we extract only the document of one or several universes?

I have tried every version out there. For all R2 and R3 I get error can not run on newer version of CMS and when I try boxi 4 version says can not run on older version of CMS. My infoview view says ā€œProduct: 12.1.0ā€ which might just be too old for this? We are working on a 4. migration as we speak and I need a list of reports tied to a given universe? Anyone have thoughts? :hb:

Iā€™m on 3.1 sp5, with Excel 2007, I made the above change but now I get the following error

VBAProhject - -2147483645 Automation error, one of more arguments are invalid 1000440

Anyone know how I can fix this ?

Environment:

Windows 7 64-bit Professional

When running VBA code, it is throwing an error at "Set SessionManager = CreateObject(ā€œCrystalEnterprise.SessionMgrā€) of VBAProject - 429: ActiveX component canā€™t create object 1000429.

Iā€™ve made the update to change esession.Logoff to 'esession.Logoff.

My references to the Crystal Enterprise Framework and InfoStore point to the client tools directory for BO 3.1 SP7.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hi Folks,

Please let me know if there is Last Run property for documents in listed in this doc which I could not find.

I did select Crystal and Webi and uncheck instances and run the macro. It retrieved number of reports info and I verified using query builder which is correct but I am confused about Begin Date, time. It does not look like scheduling info I checked in some reports.

Thanks. I did that but unfortunately, no change.

The error message is VBAProject - 429: ActiveX component canā€™t create object 1000429.

I traced it down in the code and it is happening at

'Session Manager instanciation
Set SessionManager = CreateObject("CrystalEnterprise.SessionMgr")

in getCategories.

Am I missing a reference?

Please help to get SI_LAST_RUN_TIME column updated in Documents tab(sheet) in this macro. This is urgent for us.

this tool is giving almost all type of document which are under 4.0 but not covering explorer and design studio.

i tried to edit the script with crystalenterprise.Datadiscover but i am unable to fetch the data for information space.

We are using BO 3.1 SP3 and Excel 2007. Buttons GetDocument Details and Clear Filters were not enabled. do we need to enable any settings to work these buttons and also getting error ---------------------------
