Hello,
On webintelligence (BO 5.1.3) when running a repport, after more than 10 minutes of processing we got the following error message.

System error COM error during call to BusinessObjects server process (BOMGR0070) The remote procedure cake failed (SADTC10306).
(returned by function Refreshing Document).

Do you have any idea on how to fixe this problem ?

You must increase the timeout for the WIQT process. The default is 10 minutes.

  1. Launch the Administration Tool.
  2. Select the WIGenerator module, and locate the “Max. WIQT active time” parameter.
  3. Make sure that this timeout is large enough to permit your largest query to run.
