(BOMGR0060) IDispatch error #109

On Web Intelligence (shipped with BO 5.1.4) , after refreshing my report I get following error:

Automation exception BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (BOMGR0060) IDispatch error #109 Cannot find the ‘mainuniv’ universe that uses the ‘customer’ connection. (DA0012): [] The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed: Query 1 with mainuniv. (DMA0007): [] (mist.custab.local)

(returned by function Refreshing Document)

Report works fine in BO but not in InfoView

Could someone give an advice how to fix it?

It looks that mainuniv universe was not exported into BO repository. If it had been then it would have been downloaded from there to BO server automatically.

Using Supervisor check whether the universe is really missing from repository. If it is not there then publish it using Designer.

As marek said please re-export the updated unv to the repository. If still not working then please re-export the reports also.

some reports using this universe work good and some do not - so I think universe is imported
