Is there a way to set some default text in the “Subject” field every time a user is presented with the list of fields when scheduling a report to send its output via email in BILaunchPad?
I did see a forum post here where someone modified a webi_Destinationformat.jsp file to do this. That post was using an older version of BOE but I did find a server destination JSP file under Platform Services:
“SAP BusinessObjects\tomcat\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\eclipse\plugins\webpath.PlatformServices\web\jsp\Server_Destinations\serverdestinations.jsp”
I chose this one because almost all of our reports are Crystal and was thinking this might be the file to modify for my situation. I modified the file on my BOE sandbox server but it didnt work.
Any ideas that would help me out will be greatly appreciated.
