BODS - Upgrade or migration?

Hi,

Can you tell me if I need to do a migration or just an upgrade for this configuration :

Currently :
IPS 4.1 SP5 (14.1.5.1501)
DS 4.2 SP5 Patch 3s (14.2.5.1023)

Target :
IPS 4.2 SP5 (14.2.5.2618)
DS 4.2 SP10 (14.2.10.1748)
