While switching object library it usually shows the message that a user already logged-in to the target repo and provides with an option of reset/continue/cancel. But I see that instead of showing the user logged-in to target it shows the user logged into the current repo.
Anyone aware of this? is this a bug known and is there a patch available?

You are not alone…
We are at version 14.2.6.1113 in our Designer and we see this message too. It does accurately show you the user logged in though if someone else is already logged into that repository.
We also have seen the "Notification Server Errror: Problem with call: …(BODI-1241030) message from time to time that then produces the always fun red-X to denote a break in the connection with the job server, leaving you unable to execute any jobs without closing and reopening the application.
During our upgrade from 4.0 to 4.2 we’ve gone through multiple patch installs within the 14.2 version and have seen this consistently throughout. Not encouraged that you are seeing it in 14.2.7.1156.

Interesting! We did upgrade from 14.2.4.688. While using this version for an year and over, we never had such issue.

The switch repository option was introduced in DS 4.2 sp5.
So you wouldn’t have seen it (or any issues with it) in 4.2 sp4.
